$GOOG, $AVGO, $META, $UNH, and $HOOD. Each one’s riding a different macro, but they’re all at inflection points.

$GOOG – Alphabet Inc. Alphabet is trading near $183, up 2x from early 2023. The bullish case is built on AI, cloud, and quantum. Gemini AI now powers smartwatches, search, and enterprise tools. Google Cloud revenue is growing 31% annually, and Waymo now delivers 250K rides per week. Q1 net income hit $34.5B, up 46% YoY. JPMorgan raised its price target to $200. TD Cowen sees $195. Bear case? Antitrust risk and AI monetization uncertainty. But with a P/E of 20 and $2.2T market cap, it’s still cheaper than MSFT and AMZN.

$AVGO – Broadcom Inc. Broadcom trades near $276, just off its ATH. AI chip revenue hit $4.4B in Q2, with $5.1B expected in Q3. Goldman and Mizuho both raised targets to $315. Custom silicon demand from hyperscalers is surging. FCF hit $6.4B last quarter. Bear case? Spain plant cancellation and margin pressure from lower-yield XPUs. But Broadcom’s networking stack (Tomahawk, Jericho, NICs) is powering 10 straight quarters of AI growth. Valuation is rich, but visibility is strong.

$META – Meta Platforms Inc. Meta trades near $723, up 26% YTD. Meta AI now reaches 1B users monthly. Llama models are embedded across apps. Zuckerberg launched Superintelligence Labs and invested $14.3B in Scale AI. Q1 EPS hit $6.43, up 37%. Q2 earnings drop July 30. Capex forecast was raised to $72B, mostly for AI infra. Bear case? Reality Labs burn rate and regulatory heat over tokenized equity. But ad revenue is strong, and WhatsApp monetization is just starting. P/E is 28—still cheaper than most Magnificent Seven names.

$UNH – UnitedHealth Group Inc. UNH trades near $300, down 40% YTD. The bearish case is heavy: missed Q1 earnings, guidance withdrawal, DOJ probe, and rising Medicare costs. CEO shakeup and Optum overhaul are underway. July 29 earnings will be pivotal. Medicaid tax relief and DOJ probe shift to OptumRx are helping sentiment. Bulls point to 6.3% Medicare Advantage growth and $137B in MA revenue. P/E is 12.6, dividend yield is 2.9%. If July earnings clear the fog, upside could be sharp.

$HOOD – Robinhood Markets Inc. HOOD trades near $99, up 160% YTD. Tokenized stocks, staking, and perpetual futures are driving the rally. Robinhood Chain is in development, built on Arbitrum. EU users now trade tokenized Apple, Nvidia, and even SpaceX and OpenAI (though OpenAI disavowed the offering). Q2 crypto revenue hit $252M, up 100% YoY. Bear case? Florida AG probe, staking fee backlash, and regulatory scrutiny over synthetic equity. But Robinhood is positioning for global DeFi dominance. Next earnings: July 30.
